Biography

Charlene came into the world the same way her many brothers and sisters did. As the hatchlings began to leave the nest, she felt a strange pull on her... a desire to remain here... a need.

The first of her siblings to be born nearly all black, Shiver had foreseen her hatching, and marked the egg before it even hatched. Darkling, one of the hatchlings she'd reared using Midnight's genes, was in need of a mate, and this little dragon met the requirements.

The spell would only hold the dragon in this location, locked within a certain radius of the Hive, at least for the time being. It was up to Darkling to court her if he wanted to take her as a mate.

Her hatch day was another turning of times, making the magical potential within her quite strong.

All Shiver could do now was hope that the Imperial would approve of her son when the time was right.
