• Somehow descended from a dragon that does not exist.
  
• Reality seems to go 'wrong' around her. Light in particular sometimes seems to bend and ultimately dissipate around her instead of bouncing off or reflecting.
  
• Sometimes, uncontrollably, she momentarily 'blinks' out of existence and reappears phased through the floor, wall, or whatever she happened to be sitting or lying on. When this occurs she must be cut out.

Final Notes

Surprisingly cheerful all things considered. She considers herself more a minor celebrity than anything, which is probably the best way for her to think about herself. Unfortunately I lack both the technology and the magical acuity to stabilise her within this plane of existence, and my outreaches to other clans have all failed to produce usable information. As a result, she must stay within this lab for her own good, for the time being and perhaps forever. Phasing through this lab is fine, but phasing out in the snow could get her killed.
