Djinn is from the Apocalypse nest and bears the title of Pestilence. He carries the power of Naomi through his mother, Willow, and the Kier Efinar plague strain gifted to his father, Ricar, by the Plaguemother. At a glance, he would seem to have a peacock tertiary. However if one looks a little closer it becomes apparent that those are not peacock spots. They're eyes that function as their own entities. Even when he sleeps the eyes are always watching.

When the Great War broke out between his older half sister Mara and his nest brother Whisper, Djinn quickly took Whisper's side. He infiltrated the shadow lair and the Dark Carnival clan and began spreading Kier Efinar and luring the Naomi Bloodline dragons already residing there. He built a small army and commands it for his brother's cause.

Djinn has the ability to grant any desire. One must simply verbally wish it to him. However, one must use caution. Djinn is notoriously chaotic so the wishes he grants are often not granted in the manner the wish maker expects.
When Ominous made a wish to Djinn to be desirable to female dragons, Djinn made him impossible magnetic to all females leaving Ominous with a flurry of female dragons obsessing over him.

Djinn is most definitely not a good hearted dragon. He's wicked to his core. His goal is to create as much chaos as he can. He didn't join Whisper out of brotherly love. He joined him because that was the best way to create the most chaos possible.

For now, Djinn has two mates.
Shaitan is his wicked queen. His first love. A beautiful Skydancer who joyously joins him in chaotic shenanigans and is infected with Kier Efinar by Djinn.
Rhiannon is his deceptively adorable Fae mate. She looks sweet, but she is infected with the plague just like Shaitan and she loves watching Djinn create chaos. He breeds with Rhiannon so he has special children to send to other clans. These children find other Naomi bloodline dragons of their generation and lure them to their fathers side. Some choose to reside in the Temple of Thirteen, but do not be mistaken. Djinn's army in the Dark Carnival is larger than it seems.

Djinn is forever on a quest to free himself of his father's influence. This pestilent little chaos monger has always seen his fathers genetics to be limiting, preventing Djinn from achieving the true level of power one of the Naomi line is capable of.

In his quest for power, Djinn sought the Shadowbinder. He asked her to free him from Kier Efinar, the plague gifted to his father and passed to him.

The diety agreed...

For a price.

"Only through offering of your innocent blood shall I free you from the bonds of Plague." She rumbles to him.

And so it came to pass that Djinn was born a nest by Akasha, the Queen of the Shade. One of the hatchlings, a guardian with the Kier Efinar plague, was sacrificed in ritual to the Shadowbinder.

The diety snapped her wings and laid her breath upon Djinn. The roving eyes on his body faded away. They first became peacock like spots, then Djinn fell into a deep sleep.

What awaits this dragon?

What darkness has this agreement with the Shadowbinder bestowed upon him?...

When Djinn awoke from his deep sleep he felt so... different.
No longer was his body defiled by his father's plague, nor was his inner power limited by the same. He could feel his grandmother Naomi's strength and power coursing through his veins.

And that was just the start.

He quickly realized that the ground was much further away than he remembered it. He tried to stand on two legs but stumbled forward to stand on four. Djinn looked down expecting to see his little red legs. Instead he saw beautiful long teal legs that glittered in the sun like gemstones. He gave his head a shocked shake, catching sight of his mint colored insect-like wing and the deep pthalo blue filigree that adorned them.

He rushed to the nearby river, stumbling on his new legs, and peered into the water to see his new self for the first time.
No longer was he the tiny little fae, the smallest of the Apocalypse nest. The Shadowbinder had turned Djinn The Pestilence into a stunningly beautiful skydancer!

His red eyes now glowing with raw power first blinked in shock. Slowly a dark wicked grin spread across his face. He could see it now....

His purpose!

He thanked the Shadowbinder for her generous gifts of beauty and freedom from the plague he had at birth, and flew off to begin building his harem...

...and his army...
