Fulgurite 		Vallix loves, more than anything, to be challenged. He seems to be simply incapable of doing anything the simple way, and maintains a system of goals and handicaps to ensure that nothing is ever too easy for him. In his birth clan, his main rival was his sister Borea, who he rarely had trouble baiting into a competition. When he wasn’t trying to outdo her, he was training under every specialist the clan had. Everything from combat to storytelling to cartography, he was determined to master all of it. The result was a very multitalented dragon, albeit one who never learned how to properly relax.

As soon as he’d reached adulthood, Vallix set out in pursuit of greater challenges. This took him to some very strange places, and left him with some fascinating stories, which he loves to share given any opportunity. He hasn’t always been successful, in fact his commitment to a proper challenge means he fails quite a lot. But he always manages to get out alive, and considers such failures valuable experience for next time. Vallix is an almost frighteningly intense dragon, with a high opinion of himself and a tendency to turn everything into a competition. But he’ll readily acknowledge superior skill in others, and is fiercely loyal to those who have earned his respect.
