Skilled trapper and master ranger, Quickleaf prefers none of the fame and all of the high expectations. Always on the lookout for a challenge, the gaoler's efforts oftentimes land him in hot water whether intentional or otherwise. The guild doesn't mind too much though, as his seemingly impossible feats of skill at monster hunting garner intensely good publicity.

His mate Glacier has another opinion though, seeing his daring deeds as reckless acts that will one day get him killed. Heavily worried for his safety, she often attempts to convince him out of whatever careless plot he has at the time. Quickleaf oftentimes takes her warnings as a sign of what on his plan is truly the most dangerous, and heeds it in an effort to make sure he always comes home in one piece.
