(A) The Old One
A spirit from the days of the dinosaurs, reborn into the form of a dragon. Old... Feral man. 10/10 boi would rob people on sight.
(B) Dino Man
An intimidating fighter who just so happens to have an interest in old bones and fossils, enjoys whittling bone into different shapes. Collects them. Kind of terrifying, tbh. Morbid sense of humor. Likely a guard of some sort?

Some estranged royal or a descendant of a powerful family who decided to leave everything behind and carve out his own path in life.
