When Rubidium decided to move on from her old clan, she happened to leave at the same time that Verde was looking into genealogy at the request of certain dragons. She found her twin brother, Fade, and was offered a home by the matriarchs. They believed her unique worldview would bring something to the clan, and that it could only help them grow. She is named after the element rubidium, which burns red-purple.

She preaches that creation, not destruction, is the essence of fire dragons, and that as their fire grows so should their desire to create. Whether it is baking, metalworking, gardening, she believes that it is their perogative to create things that will last beyond them.
