Coroin

I'm probably not going to get to Coróin's Bio anytime soon, so here is a list for myself so I know who I’ve made and who I need to make in my lore for the clan.

EDIT: Okay, so Coróin is now pretty much my placeholder dragon for lore ideas, and also if I want to test out some forum formatting. If I have a random lore blurb thing I wrote in the forums, it gets posted here and then later hopefully incorporated into the respective dragons’ Bios.

ANOTHER EDIT: Hey guess what he's gonna hold everything for me now. Like, extreme spoilers and other random stuff. His title is now "The Keeper[of useless things you definitely shouldn't read]."

S stepped out of the fitting area, holding his wings high. "Well, what do you think?" he asked. "Be honest, now."

G studied the spikes adorning S' tail, and the black cloth draped over his feathered wings. "It's... simplistic," he observed.

S lowered his wings. "Yes, I know, but I think it works. Maybe I should wear a little something extra, though; a bit of armor, or perhaps a scarf... ?"

"A scarf?"

"Yes, a scarf. What? Don't look at me like that. They're cozy!"

"You don't need look cozy, S, you need to look menacing."

S sighed and looked around. Seeing a bird skull necklace hanging on a stand next to him, he quickly slipped it over this head. "Is this 'menacing' enough for you?"

The Gaoler rolled his eyes. "I suppose."

“Good,” said S. The Skydancer walked over to the store owner and paid for the new apparel, putting it into a large pack slung around one of G's “wings." Once outside, the two dragons chatted amicably while strolling down the main village road. Exciting new smells and unique, colorful sights seemed to bombard them from every direction, but the two took no notice and instead kept going until they reached the town square, where most of the booths and buildings were located.

"You have the list, right?" S asked.

Groza nodded and searched through his bag. After a few minutes, he looked back up at S, frowning. "It's... not here."

S sighed, sounding exasperated. "I thought so. Write this down."

The Gaoler reached into his pack and pulled out a medium-sized piece of parchment, a feather quill, and a small bottle of ink. They both moved over into a dark corner of the market, and G set the supplies on the ground, ready to write.

S closed his eyes. "Three yards of cotton fabric, one meter of that shimmery Maren cloth, a small pack of buttons, and one Lithe Otter pelt for Viverra. One nicely-sized chunk of jade for Savaan; blueberries for Alec. Sciail wants dried and salted fish, the kind that the Raptorik like(now why would she want that?) ([bNote to edit-)][/b] ... Sibri wants..." He frowned, his brow furrowing in thought. "I think she wants more food for Kumili, as well as a new dagger. Bohler Uddeholm M390."

"Her writing is pretty messy," G snickered, his paw/claw/hand/thingamabob moving quickly across the page.

S shrugged. "She has a valid excuse. Now, Kreedline also wants a new dagger, with the hilt wrapped in oiled black leather. Nakai wants those books she ordered a week ago, and Atziyl wants a new scroll case. Da- I mean Gethin, wants a scarf." He opened his eyes. "That's all I can remember. You were hurrying me along, and I didn't get a good enough look at it."

"Well, at least we got about half of it." G sighed. "And it's lucky for us you've got that photographic memory, or we would have been in big trouble when we got back home."

"It's called 'eidetic imagery,'" S corrected. "And, yes, that's likely why the two of us were sent out in the first place, what with the crazy and alarmingly common habit we have in our clan of losing the list on the way to the market. I don't think we'll be in much trouble for only getting half of the items. It's more than the others did."

G huffed as they began to visit the different booths to buy the items listed on the parchment. "Really, though, I know I put the list in the pack. How did it just... disappear?"

"Magic?" S offered.

G thought about this. “Perhaps.”

Ahead, the Imperial halted and looked back at him. "Aurum," he sighed. "We've been over this. Really, there's no-" Seeing V hunched over, he stopped talking and quickly hurried over to them. He began to search through his many bags, and after a few seconds, came up with a small vial of some dark, sloshing liquid. "Drink this," he said, holding the vial out to V.

She took it and drank the contents with slight difficulty.

"Do you feel any better?" Aurum asked anxiously.
