Wasteland walker,

This is a stern and weathered dragon , but he has aged well. He does not take on the normal sunken appearance of dragons that have lived their whole life in plague. He appears to be still in his prime, strong fit and full of energy. He is a loner dragon but has high charisma and can engage a crowd with his smart joke. Smiles is goofy and holds conversations with himself.

He alternates a month at skull port and a month out surveying and scavenging the territory. He tracks and monitors threats in the area especially the border lands and the vullin as these are known wounds that could fester at any moment,

because he has spent so much time out in the hostel wild lands of plague he has modified himself by getting an extra set of wings and the ability to see in 5 different dimensions. He has also had a custom Helmet made that adjust to deal with the extreme weather in plague like debris storms , land sweats ( boiling steam rises from the surface when very hot) and vermin swarms.

Do to his extreme life he has chosen not to ever have a family as it burdens the already short supply of resources.
