Culex's leveling guide
http://www1.flightrising.com/forums/gde/1040710

Your goobers are level 17 now, so start @ Redrock cove -- you should be able to kill most things in 4 scratches. Pick a target, scratch until dead, repeat. If you're about to die and it's your turn, refresh the page. You won't lose health. If you die on the enemies turn your dragons will hunger. If only one of your dragons dies, it will return in the next battle with a small bit of health.

Breath (blue bar) carries over if you click continue fighting, but your health also carries over. Clicking main menu and then starting a new battle clears your breath, but also gives your dragons full health again.

If you have to return to main menu to restore health or keep from dying, it can be useful to go to abilities and stats and assign any FODDER ONLY stats into vitality. It'll let them serve as a punching bag of sorts for the monsters. You're exalting them anyway, so weird stats don't matter.

If you want to keep the glass canon fighter build (what I trained them as), then all your stat points from now on should go ONLY into strength. Don't assign any leftover stats into other areas -- you'll need them next level! Of course you are welcome to deviate from this system, but for a tried and true coli-farm/grinding built, be sure to put all remaining stats in strength.

Organize party -- triangle shape, put the fodder in the lower middle slot.

Berserker stone -- as you find/buy them, use them to replace your fighter's elemental might stones. Each dragon should end up with three. They really help, so when you've got a little treasure on hand, pick up some.

Ambush -- as you find/buy them, add one to each of your dragons (bottom stone slot row). They each have one already. They really help, so when you've got some treasure on hand, pick up one or two.

Eliminate -- when (if ever) you stumble upon one, add it next to shred. SUPER HANDY. Will allow you to kill most enemies with 1 scratch, then 1 eliminate hit. If the eliminate hit kills the enemy, your breath will be restored, which is awweeeesome for making battles go fast. Super pricey at the moment, but they also drop in coli sometimes, so keep your fingers crossed. Or sell it for half a mil -- your call!

As your fighters level up, feel free to try higher levels. Since you lack some of the powerful stones, it'll be helpful to stay in zones a few levels lower than their current training level. You'll earn less exp, but die (or be in danger of dying) much less often, so battles will go faster.

Ultimately, play with it, fiddle around, you'll get the hang of it. The dragons will not explode. Don't be afraid to experiment!

Enjoy all the new loot, food and familiars!
