Kayden Orsen Rhodes has been working directly with the forest service for years now. He’s dealt with delinquent kids, lost scouts, and bears, but nothing could have prepared him for meeting and making friends with the people of the woods, and now, they all know him by name. He’s one of very few people who know about them, and to see them panicking about the goings on in the woods has gotten him anxious, too. But who can he really tell, without either landing him in a mental hospital or exposing the denizens? He’s not a cop, and this is getting to be well above his paygrade.
