The Mechanic
Spark is an expert in robotics and making sure the moving parts of his technological compatriots are in moving, working order. His craft has quite a bit more demand than he once thought it would, but he's only too glad for the work, especially considering he is constantly messing with electronics, often just by being in the same room--the static from his eyes alone can cause the occasional malfunction.
Spark is almost certainly on the Autism spectrum. While his level of emotion is normal by most dragon standards, he is violently expressive by fae standards and is treated poorly by his own kind. He smiles, laughs, frowns, and even shouts. His ear fins are not a good way of judging his mood, as he will repeatedly flick them up and down, sometimes thoughtlessly while distracted and working, and other times as an OCD habit or a stim. He will also spark his eyes repeatedly as a stim.
