 •  G I N G A Ginga is an extremely introverted Fae, both because of his small size and general avoidance of people. He prefers to handle clan matters indirectly rather than face-to-face. Social situations make him nervous to the point he forgets his own name. He is trying to get over his fear since he's taken over leadership and relays heavily on the Council. Outside his role as heir, Ginga is curious and always learning about anything he can. Half the scrolls in the Dark Caverns are in his bedchamber ready to read. He likes talking with Thorn about things he's seen and likes shadowing Ember when they bring back relics.
The second son of Primis and Koibito, Ginga never thought he'd became a leader. He always assumed his more diplomatic and charismatic brother would assume power. While Jango toddled around with his father, Ginga preferred to study alone in the Dark Caverns. His Primal eyes gave him a view of the world nobody else could understand and he retreated into it. When both males came of age, Jango chose to abandon the Kikai and serve the Arcanist, leaving Ginga the sole heir. His parents started crash-coursing him in clan dynamics and policy and Ginga wanted nothing more than to flee. However, he didn't have the courage to leave the mountain. For the next months, Ginga got off with just lax duties, usually helping Thorn in the Archives or checking in with Pistachio about the grounds. Then the plague hit. With his parents suddenly falling ill and unable to rule, all eyes turned to Ginga. Quickly, a Council formed around him to share the burden of leadership. He felt helpless in his own home and hated hiding behind others. In his first act, Ginga called for the Kikai ambassadors to scour the territory for healers to come and work on a cure for the deadly plague. He called these individuals Aurors, though many joined into permanent Kikai ranks. Progress has been painfully slow, but Ginga is determined to put all the knowledge he's collected over the years to good use.
