Taliesin is the many-greats-grandnephew of Long, the clan patriarch.
Taliesin is Velvet's staunchest ally and dearest friend, who has earned many comparisons to a Guardian due to hisperhaps slightly okay, incredibly compulsive safeguarding of Velvet.
Quick with his deep, gravely laugh, Taliesin is very easygoing--especially for an imperial!--and gets along well with everyone in the clan. If you've placed yourself as an enemy of the clan, however...or any kind of threat to Velvet...beware. Had the honor of claiming the kill of the Clan's first true archenemy.
Having more than proven their capability at leading the clan, under duress, with Long and Lou away, Clan Motley's matriarch and patriarch now include Velvet and Taliesin fully as co-leaders of the clan.
