Dustfeather was taken in by Char, who would teach him about the neighboring clans and the dragons of the new world. Dustfeather was a naturally pleasant and talkative individual, and Shiver felt he would be able to help them make contact with, and hopefully ally with the neighboring clans of native dragons. They were going to need allies in this world if they were to survive here.

With their first contact with a local clan going as well as it did, the Hive felt much more secure in their new home. That being said, Char felt now was the time to introduce themselves to the Children of the Sight, or as they had been calling them, the Oracle clan.

Char and Dustfeather set off at sunset, heading to the Refuge of the Sight.
