An uncharacteristically bright Shadow dragon, Malvaca enjoys the finer things in life. Recently, he has decided to travel Sornieth, and hopes to find somewhere as vibrant as he is to call home.

For those who lived in the shadows of the Tangled Wood, there were two guiding philosophies: "It is best to stay hidden, lest bad fortune come your way" and, "It is best to be seen, for good fortune to find you". Malvaca believed in the former, and it had served him fairly well.

Mostly.

True, there were a few problems here and there; relatives that thought he was inviting danger, or neighbors that thought he was attracting all the good fortune to himself.

He decided that perhaps traveling was a good idea. He'd certainly hate to earn his clan's ire, and he was a Skydancer, after all. Traveling, singing songs of his clans' rituals and superstitions; that was perfectly natural, a fine tradition to continue! Not least of all because he was worried about what might happen when they found out he had added glitter to his plumes...
