B I O G R A P H Y

______ Noble was born under a different star, and his previous name has long vanished from history. What he calls himself now is a title, one that a distant family member is said to have possessed. His family comes from the Shadow flight, yet his parents are both Arcane Nocturnes. As such, hunger for knowledge has been in his blood throughout the entirety of his life, prompting him to travel a lot even as a hatchling, unsteady on his wings. On one of his journeys, he discovered a group of monks who dedicated themselves to healing and taking care of the abandoned and lost. Noble was intrigued by the stash of mysterious artefacts and cool weaponry (what hatchling his age wouldn't be?) and with the tough blessing of his parents, who had witnessed the healing prowess of the monks firsthand, Noble stayed to learn their mysterious ways.

______ Though the monks were eager to heal Noble's parents and to defend them during their recovery, they were quite sceptical of Noble's decision. He was okay - his family loved him, he was not hurt, he was not alone and abandoned. Moreover, he was a Shadow dragon, and this flight is not exactly known for their healing. However, Noble turned out to be a prodigy. He adopted the monks' healing techniques and perfected them at lightning speed, powered by the thought of saving someone like his parents were saved once, and soon, even the highest of the monk order recognised his superiority in healing arts. However, one of the elders soon foresaw that, should Noble keep healing dragons, he would leave to join the ghosts. Many interpreted the prophecy as sure death and attempted to warn Noble against ever healing anyone, but he would not listen.

______ One day, the senior monks returned to the temple with an injured Tundra, rescued from the claws of a recently emerged Banescale. The dragon, who called herself Erina, told her tragic story - she was an orphan, stripped away from her only friend by the ancient's claws. Sympathetic for her struggles, Noble became fast friends with the Tundra, healing countless dragons together as she rose to the ranks of a fellow monk. However, years after that the monks brought in another heavily wounded dragon, who turned out to be Erina's lost companion, Rigal. After the two lovers were healthy and reunited, Noble realised that this is the life he lacked. The Tundras had no past, so they were looking out for the future. Noble had everything, and yet he forsook it all in favor of a single whim. By now, he had lost touch with his parents, so he had no choices but to join the lovebird Tundras on their journey to create a mighty clan of The Phantasms. The prophecy was fulfilled, and the newly found Phantasms took away Noble to become an important part of their clan.

B I O G R A P H Y

______ Noble's position within The Phantasms is an interesting one. The hierarchy of the clan involves two leaders - the Great Leader (sometimes referred to simply as the Leader) and the Joint Leader, who lead the clan's dragons. The most important affairs of their lives, though, are handled by two trusted confidantes of the Leaders - the Grand Healer and the Grand Judge, each elected by a different Leader. They both are said to mend the wrongs in the community - the Grand Healer cures diseased bodies, while the Grand Judge cures diseased souls. The two are the second in line of power after the Leaders, and are tremendously respected. However, since both Rigal and Erina trusted Noble the most of all Phantasms after each other, he currently holds both positions for as long as his prowess and energy allow him to.

______ And Noble surely lacks neither - his fearlessness rivals that of the Great Leader himself. However, his prime characteristic would be his eccentricity, as he never ceases to show off and announce his every move like a dumb hatchling (sometimes he feels exactly like one...). Having mastered the versatile magic of Shadows, Noble is confident of his abilities and never misses an opportunity to use them, sometimes in a spectacular show of power that is unnecessary but impressive. Noble believes that the strongest of dragons demonstrate the greatest resolve and, as such, considers himself a mere trickster. Instead, though, he reveres the "mental fortitude" of the Great Leader Rigal and considers him to be a model warrior, though he is not a fierce one by nature.

______ When healing or judging, Noble exhibits a methodical and balanced approach. Many feel like he follows a certain algorithm when passing down the verdict, and many are alarmed by how unbothered by others he is during the most heated of trials and the toughest of operations. He will try to understand patients and suspects alike, becoming a completely different dragon when analysing facts. This cool approach yet gentle, cheerful demeanor is what sets him apart as a special Grand Healer and as a unique Grand Judge.
