RECRUITMENT
Angel was always a member of Allison's team, being assigned to her squad within The Organization when he was 9 and she was 8. The two were rather distant in the beginning and barely talked with each other as Angel preferred keeping to himself and Allison often spent the majority of her time with Fearful and Shotgun. Despite this Allison occasionally asked tiny questions about him which he didn't always respond to, but she never pushed him to tell her what he didn't wish to share and she never tried to root out the information through other means. Angel respected that about her and the two grew closer, eventually developing a battle bond which showed Angel how capable she truly was. That he wouldn't harm her if he lost control, that she wouldn't die on him if he got too close and that she wouldn't shun him for what he was... In truth, each became an important support for the other, allowing him to open up and share a more sensitive side of himself. He'd never admit to being sensitive around anyone else but... with Allison... it was ok to do. Their roles within their little team developed naturally as the four teammate's personalities and skills meshed perfectly together and despite Allison becoming the nominated leader of the group due to her initiative, powers and role as arbitrator within the team Angel took on the role as a very close second In command. He didn't show his emotions often around their other team members aside from anger and frustration on the battlefield or an eerie calmness which was often accompanied by small praise or corrective words. Despite this, his affectionate gazes and kind nature towards Allison quickly alerted Fearful and Shotgun towards his relationship with her. They didn't know for certain if their leaders were in a relationship or not but with the way they acted around each other it was difficult to believe the contrary. Angel giving his jacket to Allison in a thunderstorm, Allison leaning into Angel in appreciation, their flustered reactions when trapped in close quarters with the other. There was no doubt about it, all they needed to do was realize it for themselves. Eventually Allison's kind spirit and independent nature enraptured his senses and he finally opened up to her and told her everything. Who he was, who his parents were, why he cared about her so very much. He told her everything she needed and wanted to know. After his confession the two became inseparable, constantly saving each other's hides on the battlefield and often competing in a friendly competition for the highest kill count like they did during their earlier years.
ASSIGNED ROLES
Second In Command He's had a hard life living for his father's ambitions and constantly training in a brutal Organization which would kill anyone who showed the slightest hint of weakness or hesitation. As such, he's never shown a sign of weakness towards anyone but Allison, he's always been able to keep his emotions in check and he's never flinched from a personal wound; no matter how deep or serious it was. Due to his calm demeanor, natural skill and proper judgement Angel makes a perfect person to have leading their group. Second only to Allison due to his tendency of being a loner, his blunt honesty on sensitive matters and general detachment to all except for Allison. Despite his seemingly unbreakable façade the slightest injury towards Allison would set him into a blind fury heavily intent on avenging her wound. Should she be kidnapped he would never rest beyond necessity and would fall into a fretful panic until she was found. This in turn proves his commitment to their leader and when she's away his word becomes law. Interrogator Most would assume that his given name in The Organization would mark him as an incredibly sweet, kind and caring individual which would never harm another. Oh, how wrong they would be, after all Angel is an abbreviation for The Angel of Death. His kill count is high, his persona unstable his kindness is nil towards all but his group. When he needs information he'll get it through any means necessary. Their fingernails? Gone! Their eyes? Gone! Their sanity? Gone! All gone while he speaks to them with a calm and emotionless façade. But don't let him fool you, he takes a sadistic pleasure in torturing his victims and will savor every last second of it. Never be fooled, there's a reason why he's the greatest fear in all the land.
