Arathana is the clans main hunter, and provides all of the meat that they could ever need. She is, quite simply, the epitome of what a good wildclaw should be. Fast, vicious and deadly.
However she does have one feature which shines above even all of these traits. She is, without a doubt, the cuddliest dragon in the entire clan.

Now I grant you this may be hard to see through all of the bones and the sharp, nashing teeth. However, anytime that you meet Arathana (as long as she's not out hunting, that is (you really don't want to meet Arathana when she’s out hunting)), then I can guarantee that you'll be greeted with the best hug of your life.

Her cat (fluffy) was a parting present from her birth clan when she decided to leave the Stormcatchers realm. Supposedly a superb hunter in her own right, she's spent more time sleeping on the bed in the last week, than she has out hunting in the last year. She prefers the much more simple and dignified option of simply yowling in Arathanas face whenever she wants to be fed.

In a doomed attempt to teach fluffy some hunting skills, Arathana bought an easy, tamed dove for her to practice on. A year later that dove is now called folly, and lives the most luxurious life that any bird could dream of. (She is also, ironically, a much better hunter than fluffy will ever be, the bugs and insects of the clan live in fear of her wingbeats).
