She moved the Clan to the Obsidian Giant's Gateway in order to keep a closer eye ti the Shifting Expanse alongside her mate Clash.
The Obsidian Giant's Gateway is a series of obsidian columns of hexagonal shape that protrude from the ground and grow up to make a gateway like structure. These are most likely to be the result of an ancient volcanic fissure eruption. These are also called the "Gates to the Ruin" as they face toward a very harsh cliff and the well known Carrion Canyon in the Shifting Expanse. The ground in the area is mostly hard obsidian and rocks, there's wind that sweeps ash and debree and it's hard to find a place to make a lair. Fortunately the high columns make for great shelter from the wind and the rare caves that exist in the area connect to deeper layers of underground tunnels made of rock and obsidian.
