Kreivin ja kreivittären asetuttua Tähdenlennon saariryhmän rajamailla sijaitsevaan linnaan, nämä eivät suinkaan olleet kaksin. Heillä oli mukanaan lohikäärme, joka huolehti pariskunnan toiveista ja huolehti mahdollisista tungettelevista vieraista, kun kreivi saati kreivitär tunsivat olonsa liian heikoksi sosiaaliseen kanssakäymiseen.

Joka tapauksessa Noëllette ei millään tavoin ollut luontaantyöntävä vaan saattoi ajautua mutkikkaisiin keskusteluihin vieraiden kanssa tuntikausiksi. Välillä unohtaen asemansa, tai ehkä vain muut olivat tulkinneet tämän aseman linnassa väärin. Jokaiselle vieraalle hän tarjoili vahvaa glögiä lämmittämään sekä mieltä että sielua.
