dangerous | amputator | "artist" 
Aku is a wandering "artist" who believes that there are incredible errors in the anatomy of the dragons of Sornieth. Criticizing the deities and believing she can do a better job, Aku often lures dragons into her home and amputate their body in horrifying ways that she considers to be much more beautiful than their original form. Often will you find a tundra with imperial horns, a guardian with gaoler legs, or a mirror with the head of a banescale leave from her home in fear of what they have become.

Of course, her "artistic" touch isn't restricted to other dragons, and her own body is her most favorite canvas. Aku loves to experiment with different body parts, though she has yet to find the perfect combination she's happy with. One thing she has kept, though, is the antlers of an old dragon - her very first work of art. While the spiral failed miserably, it gave her a lot of knowledge that she could use for the next dragon, such as how amputating the heart is not a good idea, and she keeps their antlers as a reminder of how far she's come. The spiral has endured a lot of choice words from other dragons that tell her that her "art" is terrifying and wrong. Aku will simply retaliate by sewing their mouths shut, believing they are better off without a mouth to speak. Despite many attempting to track this dragon down and stop her devilish habits, she manages to vanish in the blink of an eye and never stays in one place for too long. Some believe she's the ghost of an old artist that was long forgotten, while others think she's a figment of the imagination of insane dragons, who perform these amputations on themselves as an act of insanity. |

| Some dragons have asked Aku if she'll ever stop her "artistic" endeavors, and the answer is always no. True to the nature of a spiral dragon, Aku has boundless amounts of energy that she channels into her craft, and she's always experimenting, whether it be dragons, or familiars if she can't find anyone, and one day, she knows that she'll be recognized for the genius that she is. Until then, though, she'll have to avoid local authorities and continue her work in the dark. |
