Tobi comes off as extremely extroverted and carefree to strangers, but in truth he's mature beyond his years. His guard is up constantly, only letting it down around Raydon, who he holds a strong fatherly bond towards. Tobi is playful and energetic, but when assigned a task, he takes it seriously to execute his part perfectly.
