Upon first glance, one would assume that Sota doesn’t know the meaning of hard work. He’s spent his life in a lavish palace, surrounded by the finest luxuries money can buy. Sometimes he spends entire days lounging in the sun, wondering why everyone else always seems to be working so hard.

It was on one such afternoon, while Sota was lazily contemplating which flower in his garden was his favorite, that he was suddenly struck with inspiration. He would throw an extravagant party (attendance would be mandatory, of course), and all of his subjects would be forced to take a break from their lives.

So he began preparing. It isn’t easy to haul in hundreds of decorations or suddenly prepare meals for the entire countryside, but Sota certainly had little difficulty in ordering all of his servants to do so. The palace was ready for its guests by midnight, and after Sota rushed through villages issuing royal decrees to everyone he could find, the party was in full swing soon after.
