Say hello to AriasBriktWak, who joined the clan on the night of March 4th, 2020 who is the clan's Wind Caller, Clan Helper and loving husband of Devara! :D



Arias is a bright, vibrant, hard-working soul that is on the search to find his place in the world :) The fabled 'Winds of Change' brought him to the SkyWings clan, and now he seeks to find his place within and make Wind Dad proud while getting along with those in the clan. He feels truly accepted and welcomed here, and has no desire to leave, he's just not sure what his Role is meant to be, but he knows that one day he will find it and has a feeling deep in his heart that this is where he's meant to be and will one day fulfill his destiny and finally find his place. He won't give up til then and is a very tenacious dragon that will do any task if it means finding his Role :)
He is also very loving and caring, and loves to be around those that are hurting or in need and lend a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen or a comforting word.
Arias also loves to fly and has a talent for taking to the sky and dazzling those below him watching on the ground with his amazing aerial stunts, hence his name. :) As such, despite his caring nature, he can tend to be a bit of a show-dragon (man) as well, putting on a performance for any who are willing to watch and likes leaving them in awe.
Update (from April 2022): After shadowing and interning beneath many-a-dragon in the clan, he has found his calling as a sort of Wind Mage in the clan, and those talented with Wind powers have taught him all he knows and now he is proud to call himself a Wind Caller! :D This means he has an innate power over the Wind-magics in the area and can control them to a degree few can match, helping others or propelling himself, which helps perfectly with his love of taking to the sky :D After his discovery of this talent, he has taken to studying all he can and hoards reading materials on anything & everything Wind-related from the clan's library. Since then, he's found that everywhere he goes, a slight breeze has been with him, following him around inexplicably, kicking up a few leaves and petals in its wake as well, but now that its there at all times, it makes it easier for him when he has to call upon the Wind powers for when the need arises :)
He also has a secondary Role of being a Clan Helper, who he shares with a Nocturne who was on a similar mission when he also joined the clan as well. Since this Wildclaw found he was good at many different things, now dragons can call on him when they may need an extra set of claws (hands) at their task or Role and no one else with their Role is around or too busy to help :D Since he performed each task so dutifully that he put his mind to on his search to find his place and not one didn't have a problem with him, Moriah, the clan's Role Appointer, thought it was only fair and thus the Wildclaw found his place.. having a place at every place :D


Raised by a beautiful, quiet yet sweet & caring mother and a loving yet stern father, along with many siblings, Arias found life in his previous clan nice at first... but after a time, felt a calling deep within himself that told him he belonged somewhere else, and felt as though he was lost amidst the many dragons in the clan and in his family, with his siblings always stealing the attention of his parents. Over time, he faded into the background, then finally packed his things and left, in search of a different clan where he could fulfill that calling deep inside.. He checked himself into the Auction House, seeing if anyone would bite, and after awhile of waiting, just when he began to think things were hopeless, a male green and yellow Skydancer walked in, looking around and using his stone to discern between the different dragons standing around, and Arias could tell that he was walking his way, and almost seemed as if he was being pulled by some unseen force towards his stall. The Skydancer opened his eyes, and read Ari's information, who at the time, was without a name, and the wise-looking dragon grinned. "Ah, unnamed, I see," The SkyDancer spoke, and Arias nodded his head, warmed by his kind voice that sounded like honey. The Skydancer closed his eyes again for a long moment, then opened them once more, and Ari noted how pink they were. "I feel you've been here a long time. How would you like to come to the SkyWings clan?" he asked, and when the word 'SkyWings' hit Ari's ears, he felt his heart do a lurch, almost like it was about to leap out of his chest and follow the Skydancer back to wherever this 'SkyWings' clan was. Arias sat stunned for a second, not sure what to say as he sorted through his emotions in the moment, then nodded his head. "Sounds like an interesting place," he managed to get out, then as the Skydancer paid his fee, Ari gathered his things and followed the green & yellow dragon back to the clan. As they went, the two began talking, and the Skydancer introduced himself as Gabrian --> https://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair&id=351479&tab=dragon&did=34838185, and Arias opened up about some of his life in his previous clan, and mentioned about the feeling that he belonged somewhere else (but left out the part about what had just happened at the Auction House). At that, Gabrian said maybe he had just found his place, but if not, he could always leave if it wasn't the right fit. Ari was glad Gabrian was so kind and understanding, and thought that if this Skydancer was so nice & accepting, maybe all the others were as well...
As time went on and he got used to the clan, he saw they were indeed just as welcoming as the Skydancer had been and the feeling in his heart became fulfilled and he knew this was the place he had been searching for. This was the place where he truly belonged, as he seemed to fit in so well, and felt like this place, even though there were already a lot of dragons, was now his family, and closer than his first family ever had been with him.
As he got to know them all, a Snapper that was as cute as a pixie in the Hibernal Den caught his attention. As he watched her, his heart would melt every time he saw her interact with the fairies around her, her Familiar, or friends and family. H was fascinated that the clan had their own resident fairy family holed up here, and as he asked around, he found out that that was by the doing of the very Snapper herself. After the thousandth time of becoming a puddle of goo, Arias finally got enough bravery to approach the cute lil' Snapper,whose name was Devara, and confess his feelings. She had been waiting this whole time for someone to notice her, and was now completely surprised that someone had for she wasn't expecting it to happen so suddenly and right then... but she said she'd be willing to give a relationship with him a try. He was thankful she was wiling, and so far, they have been trying for a while now, and it's been going pretty successfully for they are happily in love and they have also now happily wedded and he's so happy to be with his one & only Pixie girl ^^)
They are content to stay together just by themselves for awhile now, but there's been talk of Dev wanting to bring into the world some little pixies of her own, and Arias is for it, wondering how they'll do as parents. She has dreams of getting some gene changes first so their goals for the future are on hold until then, but Arias is in no rush for he doesn't mind spending all the extra time doting on & loving his sweet Devara, still melting every time he sees her.
A time after his arrival, Arias began to notice that many dragons had Familiars trailing behind them, and saw that some had formed a great bond between each other. He smiled at this, and at first, wanted nothing to do with a furry little companion, but after walking past the Bestiary one day, and noting how DuskFall, the Keeper of Familiars--> https://flightrising.com/main.php?p=lair&id=351479&tab=dragon&did=37551690,
seemed to be holding down an intelligent conversation between some of them, he listened in and found that not all Familiars were just lowly, brutish animals. The Wildclaw poked his head in and asked to take a look around, and DuskFall obliged, but continued the talk with the other Familiars, one of whom seemed to share an interest in the goings-on of Wind related events and how it pertained to their Beastclan. Fascinated, Arias listened & joined the talk, and offered some pieces of information that he had learned from his previous home, and from there, him and the Aerborne Ambassador struck up a loooong conversation that spanned for hours. DuskFall let them talk and quietly withdrew himself from their conversation while he went to tend to the other Familiars and took care of the animals, but when night time came, he had to shoo the two talkative pair out of the room so the critters could get their rest. Arias, unaware of how much time had passed, apologized, and was about to leave the Wind fox there, but noticed the peaceful being was trailing behind him, still continuing their conversation. DuskFall smiled at this, and before Ari could make any kind of refusal to take the Ambassador with him, the Skydancer locked the gate to the Bestiary and made for his own room, bidding the two of them a good night. Arias chuckled and shook his head at this, said good night, then let the Ambassador, whose name was Bjorn, follow him back to his room, where he made arrangements for the kitsune to stay, and since then, they haven't been apart, with Bjorn following behind Arias everywhere he goes... XD Awakened: 11-5-22! :D

Previously: Since he's still relatively new to the clan, Arias hasn't quite found where he belongs, but knows deep down he will one day. :) For now, he shadows others in the clan, learning all that he can and finding what he's good at and what he's not so good at, and acquiring skills that he might expand on later :)
Now: After a time of apprenticing under nearly everyone in the clan, Arias felt drawn to those in the clan who were adept with Wind-related powers and also had loooong talks with them as well, soaking up everything and learning all that he could, similarly to what had happened with him & Bjorn. As he expanded on their conversations and they also began to show him how to use Wind powers, he unlocked his ability and discovered he had a way over the magic of the area that only a handful of others shared and thus discovered his Role as a Wind Caller! he now works to summon these powers to create helpful gusts for the clan members or to improve his own aerial performances in his free time :)
Also with his time of shadowing under those with Roles, he found he was good at practically everything and could be a jack-of-all-trades, wearing many hats, and thus, discovered his second Role as a Clan Helper! :D
