Biography
Uh-oh, looks like this lovely lady wandered a little too far from her home lair (thingwithwings, 506480), and now she's off to see the world! If you ever feel the urge to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off to See the World' thread, here. If you don't want another traveler in return, you can also drop her off at the Traveling Dragon Rest Hub! |
She's very friendly, and very soft. I've decided to call her Rosalind.
I stopped next at the Rose Pit, which seemed very appropriate for my friend. I spent my time with Hestia, up at the top of her spire. She had many stories to share about her own travels before she settled down. I stayed up all night, listening.
When the time came for me to move on, I caught a look in her eye. I have a sneaking suspicion that I'm a story to her now...
I arrived in the Twisting Crescendo where resides the Clan of Cluemystery, home to some rather fascinating dragons. The majority were of first generation heritage, and there were many ancient dragons as well... which made it very intimidating! I was thankful for Rosalind's company. With her support, I overcame my fears and learned that they were kind and generous dragons, one and all. I learned much from my visit, but perhaps Windsinger's influence was upon me, for I began to feel the need to wander once more.
I traveled back to Light territory, where I came upon the Sunbeam Lanternhouse, a cheerful inn whose residents were happy to welcome me. I had a lovely time chatting with them and the many other travelers, and Rosalind got to have an adventure of her own! At the crown of the hill that the inn sits on is a gorgeous meadow, and Rosalind had such fun romping around in it!
Eventually, I found myself in Dragonhome right in the center of a vast traveling market full of wanderers from all across Sornieth. Both Rosalind and I were made a bit uneasy by the sheer volume of dragons crowding the streets, but we settled in in due time. We even found ourselves lending a hand to Lantana, the market’s florist, learning how to grow a few of the flowers native to the market’s current location. Rosalind had a wonderful time playing in the piles of clipped leaves and discarded petals!
