Every Flight has an ambassador, and Terra has been chosen to represent Earth. Even her name means earth in Latin. It is a great honor to be chosen as a flight representative and great respect comes to ones name and family. All decisions regarding the Earth flight are made by Terra, with council from 'the 3'. (Notte, Grimsnare, and Ares)

Candela, born with the colors of Light, was selected upon her birth to be a flight delegate. Moved to the council room, she was raised among the elders and the wise, so that she may once represent the Light members of the Clan. Holding a spot in the council has given her power, so that she and the other ten delegates may cooperate to make the best decision for the clan. The things that they must decide on, though, are presented by the leaders of Owl's Peak, Grimsnare and Ares.
