At first glance, the southern swamplands are a barren region. There are few settlements on the border, and fewer still that one would visit willingly. Trade routes avoid the land between the Labyrinth and the Wood. Any common merchant would think the territory empty beyond the fens, and their hostile inhabitants. Dangerous, inhospitable, and utterly desolate.

Luckily for her business practice, Magngrove’s anything but. Unlike the assortment of peddlers that pass her home by, she knows what lies beneath the surface. Literally. The marsh is a strange and storied place, but it holds its secrets close. Little stays in the swamplands long before the bog swallows it, be it bodies or buildings. All finds its way under the earth eventually. And in turn, Mangrove finds her way to them.

She spends her nights digging through the peat, coaxing its treasures out from the ground and into her shop. By day, she hocks her goods. Over the many years of the storefront’s existence, Worrisome Wares has accumulated quite the stock... and quite the decay. All manner of items can be found within the shop’s crowded walls- just mind the smell.
