______ The sudden flash of light...
Sunoko was blessed with the Stormcatcher's power when a powerful storm struck his nest. His name was given by his sister and fellow primal Raito in their parents absence. Unlike his mirror sister who suffers from blindness on account of her eyes, Sunoko looked into the bright white and charged forward. His whole body glows and sparks with the amount of electricity he gives off that lends itself well to powering massive machines. His personality is similar: brash, hot headed, eager to set a problem on fire rather than think it through, he is not unlike his element and fellow lightning dragons.

______ While Sunoko's official role is that of magistrate he holds less sway than his other elemental brethren on account of being located in the clan's main system: seat of the Council itself. Instead of watching over the entire lightning tunnel system he is instead in charge of the outer most tunnels, the furthest from the Tempest Spire. Depsite his best efforts he ever so slightly resents this arrangement, a small seed of jealousy against the other magistrates. He often attempts to keep himself occupied by working with his older sister in her work for their Father as the Stormcatcher ever increases His efforts to raise His flight above the others.
