"The fall breeze is nice tonight, no?" ╰───────────────────────────────────╯ Finally arriving at the clan site, you see that it is a large clearing, although the sky is still mostly blotted out by tree cover, filled to the brim with tents and stalls of all sorts, and dragons bustling about trading, buying, selling, and talking. You attempt to find a way in, but the flow of so many dragons in such an enclosed space make it hard to get more than a few steps in. ”You alright there, traveller?” Behind you along the edge of the clearing, laying beneath an old and gnarled birch tree is an autumn colored Gaoler. The expression he regards you with is impassive, but the sentiment behind his words seem genuine, “The crowd can be overwhelming at first, but if you take your time you’ll find your way in naturally. You might not get it right on your first try, but I didn’t either.” He gives a sight nod of his head to you before resting it back on his paws. |

He was born into a line of seekers, out in the realm of the Shadowbinder where his parents were searching for shades. He was once a seeker himself, evident in the tattoo around his eye of his status, but after seeing and immersing himself in the cultures around Sornieth, he found a part of himself he didn’t know was missing. He has never returned to the prisons, and is long thought dead as far as those who once knew him are concerned. He now can be found relaxing under the shade of a tree, looking wistfully into the horizon, content with the new life he made himself, but still mourning the one he left behind.
He is still stuck in the utilitarian Gaoler mindset, and maintains a practical living space with very little contained in it. However, he is fascinated by modern dragons and their hoards, their clothes, and the way they decorate their lairs. Perhaps one day he may find someone to help him learn to enjoy it as well.
