You're just walking through one of the numerous in The Windswept Plateau bamboo forests.
Suddenly you can hear a very appealing voice saying "Greetings,my visitor...".
You look around and can't see anydragon."Must have mishear that,there's no dragon around".
But after a while you notice a pink Banescale male chilling on a bamboo tree,looking at you and mysteriously grinning.
After another while he adds,in no less appealing tone "You got lost?Maybe want some tea?"
You don't answer anything,being very confused.You look at the ground,then again at the bamboo tree.There's no Banescale.But you are totally convinced you can still see his glowing orange eyes and that mysterious shiny grin up on that bamboo...

He's that good in mysterious disappearing,that some dragons aren't even sure if he truly exists or is just a ghost that has taken a shape of a Banescale.There are also beliefs that seeing him is a sign of luck.
The truth is,that he's real.
And yes,he can quickly disappear when he wants to.He has invisibility spell down to a fine art.Just like being very oddly appealing and mysterious,but maybe that's because of naturally charming voice,with no worse abilities than a typical dragon born on The Golden Voice Day not even being born on it.And maybe because of those shiny eyes.

If you luckily happen to befriend him,he turns out to be a loyal,trusted friend.That loves a lot of tea.To that point,that he would fly 10000 miles to get one cup of tea if he needed to.But what's this for a dragon in flight?

This one's being a mix-up of his namesake and the Cheshire Cat.
