The prophesied arbiter of justice for a newly arisen khaganate, she broke free from the confines of her egg under the crimson gaze of a moon dripping with blood. She would be the harshest Judge that had existed in a hundred years, the prophesies whispered, and bring order and peace with steel-forged claws.

The sentencing of the khaganate's worst criminals were brought before her before her wings could take flight, with the stare of her tutors taking down every word to ensure the would-be judge would know no mercy.

The battle for khan ascended the goddess of justice to the head of a newly naebu clan who looked to her for cruel and unflinching justice. And she betrayed them all.

By asking a devil condemned to death to live for her instead.
