  Moreo was one of the first dragons of Windshear and one of the last remaining from those old days when the first dragons formed the clan. She’s been around a very long time but don’t let her size and cuteness fool you, she will bite anyone who looks down at her. She has seen and done many things in her life and is greatly traveled. She can also play the harp, which she does often when she's alone and hums songs to her pet bird Dio.

  Moreo also has a million stories to tell, like any good Wind dragon. Which is great because she's the Grand Orator who is partially responsible for keeping and maintaining the oral history and stories of the Caravan. Unfortunately that despite being scrolled and not born a coatl she can no longer speak draconic. This has led Moreo to become extremely proficient in the use of Larwhrl, the language of the Wastes and a mostly written language. Or you could learn the coatl tongue and hear her grand story telling that way. She often has a harpy translator nearby who can, amazingly, understand coatl, though she ofter detests them being there as it makes her feel like an old lady who needs a young persons help.

  Moreo is known as a ‘dwarf’, which is a rare side effect of breed change scrolls that few are aware of, not to be confused with being a pygmy. Dwarfism effects the growth of dragons who have been breed changed and make them look like babies. She was born a guardian so long ago but when she was scrolled into a coatl the magicks went a bit haywire and turned her into a dwarf.
