GLAURUNG UROLOKI
Dutiful Legacy

  • One of the Banescales who hatched from the Ancient Clutch that revived the species
  • Named herself after an ancient/early Banescale warrior/leader
  • Like Vatna, and so many others of that first clutch, she wanted to put as much distance between herself and the Southern Icefield as possible when she was old enough to fly and think about such things. Now that she's settled in Dragonhome, she's taken it upon herself to find solitary Banescales who fled without aim and are now adrift and alone. She is building a small flock of formerly nearly-feral Banescales who were living as pariahs without support or knowledge of modern life, with the hopes of eventually reviving their species' ancient culture by comparing their memories of their ancestors songs.
  • Trained passionately when she was young with the Demesne's warriors, so that she could defend herself and her fellows against any threat. The Banescales were victims of annihilation once; Glaurung is resolute that they will never be suffer so ever again.
  • If she gathers enough Banescales, she is considering leaving the Demesne with her small flock to delve a new lair in a strategic, defensible place and found a new clan as a sanctuary for Banescales lost in a world that moved on without them.
