She looks intimidating (as all Banescale do, with her smoking burns reinforcing her intimidating aura even further), but is actually really caring and sweet.
Her voice is a bit faint and raspy (as a result of the burns and her screams of pain when she was younger).
Likes:
helping other dragons, learning about medicine and nursing, the Cult
 		Dislikes:
dragons who unjustly hurt others, pain
Lore:
Panacea was part of the eggs nest that were sealed by the Gaolers of old during the great Banescale genocide. Her skin was badly damaged by the ice seal, and the frozen extremities were burned by the magma that heated up the eggs, causing numerous burn areas on her face, legs and wings. In a rush of panic and pain, she flew as fast and far as possible before crashing into the Chiroptera Cult, immediately being caught and healed by Akantha.
Akantha did what she could for her burn, but the magical properties of the burn made it so it would never truly stop smoking and hurting Panacea. As a way to keep the pain at bay, she now wraps her whole body in medicinal plants. Panacea took an interest in healing salves and medicine, and is now doing an apprenticeship under both Akantha and Aconite.
As a Banescale, she is naturally wary of Gaolers, but as a healer in training she is trying her best to not let her prejudice get in the way of her duties, and so is trying her best to learn about her Gaoler neighbours. Chihuly in particular seems to be doing his best to be friendly and put her at ease, and even offered her one of his glass creations.
