An Imperial with a weakness for gold, Ambrose's one quest in life is to hoard as much of the stuff as possible. She always ridiculed her mother for hoarding useless trinkets just to give them away. The only thing that has value to her is cold, hard coin. She can't resist bargaining for expensive jewelry every time she enters a marketplace and spends long hours simply gazing at her reflection in their metallic surface. While some may say this makes her vain, Ambrose sees her love of precious metals as a sign that she knows how to appreciate the finer things in life. Indeed, even other dragons can't deny that Ambrose does have spectacular taste in fashion, a trait she likely inherited from her father.
