Biography

Some call Twilight the worst assassin..

In the moment when the sun disappears behind the horizon and the lands finally are cloaked in shadows, all manner of unseemly characters emerge from the woodwork.

There’s thieves, there’s arsonists, there’s shifty dragons whispering at you from the darkened alleys. And, well, then there’s Twilight. He’s proper proof that dedication doesn’t necessarily equate skill. Or results. Frankly, it’s a little impressive that someone as supremely graceless and dense have any sort of career as an assassin. It’s the sort of work that is so easily associated with the most elusive and careful scoundrels, those beyond the rest of the criminals slithering about, and it’s easy to think that a bad assassin would be a dead assassin.

But no! He’s one of the most bone-headed, oblivious dragons to ever wander this great land, and he has somehow not only survived, but is still going at it. The finer details of his continued success avoiding prosecution is a mystery and, to some degree, does anyone even want to know?

The lack of faith in his abilities have never slowed him down nor discouraged him. And he does have his victories, too, those few times he somehow manages to get a desired result even though he did nigh on everything wrong- it’s that moment where someone gets to the right answer by using an entirely different formula. Trying to disentangle the mess of his operations is nothing but a way to give oneself a headache, it’s truly best not to try.

And perhaps that’s his strength. He’s got raw grit, a determination that one has to admire, and few can remain so optimistic in the face of failure after failure. It takes a remarkable dragon to aim for such a lofty, probably not ideal career with such a delightful attitude- one has to wonder what he could achieve if his goals were a little more attainable.

World’s best knitter, perhaps? One can only wonder.
