- was originally at the ice court, but got reassigned after icewarden demanded all light/fire court dragon's arrests, so she and her sons had to flee with a merchant's help, and found themselves in the isle instead
- where she was able to contact vakerezde and get her help to move them to virulent
- . . . she got ice cursed and it was mostly her need of medical intervention that got her in

- from certain angles, with light source depending, she's transparent like ice and you can see her bones
- was turning into ice

- like isnt even a priest anymore at this point. the worship part, not the lawyer part
- light priests are lawyers
- lives in scrimshaw, where she runs a intercession service out of her den
- to get favors from the scrimshaw matriarchs, or even the cavern matriarchs, for normal dragons
- aswell as smoothing along papers for permission to expand housing, move into the city from the outer towns, and so on

- she's slimy and needs bribery to coerce her to move faster than a leisurely pace
- gladly takes favors and secrets, but preferably raider's loot, goods from the countryside, and recovered treasures from the crypts and bogs
