So I recently finished my playthrough of Pokemon Sword and really enjoyed myself, so I wanted to get a fandragon of my box art legend! Thank you very much @beaq for making this kiddie possible, couldn't have done it without ya ;v;

Zacian (Japanese: ザシアン Zacian) is a Fairy-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII. While it is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, it has a second form activated by giving Zacian a Rusted Sword to hold. Its original form, Hero of Many Battles, will then become the Fairy/Steel-type Crowned Sword. Zacian is the game mascot of Pokémon Sword, appearing on the boxart. DEX ENTRIES Hero of Many Battles Forme Sword: Known as a legendary hero, this Pokémon absorbs metal particles, transforming them into a weapon it uses to battle. Shield: This Pokémon has slumbered for many years. Some say it's Zamazenta's elder sister—others say the two Pokémon are rivals. Crowned Sword Forme Sword: Now armed with a weapon it used in ancient times, this Pokémon needs only a single strike to fell even Gigantamax Pokémon. Shield: Able to cut down anything with a single strike, it became known as the Fairy King's Sword, and it inspired awe in friend and foe alike. TRIVIA - Crowned Sword Zacian has the highest base Attack stat of all Fairy-type Pokémon and the highest base Speed stat of all Steel-type Pokémon. NAME ORIGIN Zacian is derived from the cyan.

Zacian may be based on the common belief of wolves in several Celtic Mythology and English Literature. Zacian's Crowned Sword form may also be based on a knight wielding a sword.

According to legends, Zacian is believed to be the elder sister and rival of Zamazenta. It is also known as "Fairy King's Sword" by friends and foes due to it cutting down anything in one strike. It can turn itself into a statue in order to slumber until need and is capable of flying. When together with Zamazenta it can negate the power of Eternatus, even in its Eternamax State. By absorbing the metals particles in the land, it can change its form. Zacian can attack so gracefully the movements can captivate its opponents, which has been compare to a graceful dance. The sword it holds in its mouth can cut through anything with sharp edge capable of harming even the thick scales of Dragon-type Pokémon as if they were just paper. When Zacian slash its opponents it moves faster than the blinking eye, thus those struck down by its sword will not feel the pain until they fall down. When using its signature move, it can cut the ocean in two.

Zacian is the only known Pokémon capable of using Behemoth Blade.

Zacian may be based on the Lady of the Lake, a pivotal character in Arthurian legend responsible for giving the sword Excalibur to King Arthur, known in Welsh folklore for slaying giants. The relationship between Zacian and Zamazenta may reference the relationship between King Arthur and his sister Morgan le Fay. Its wolf-like appearance may be a reference to Geri and Freki two wolves said to accompany the god Odin in Norse Mythology.
