Silverkiller

Long ago, during his travels with Nika, Zakiax met a lone Ridgeback called Silverkiller. This quiet, stealthy dragon lived on the border between the Ashfall Waste and the Sea of a Thousand Currents. Though she was born into the Fire Flight, this versatile messenger picked up quite a few tricks from nearby Water dragons. She learned from example, not communication, since those that serve the Tidelord are reluctant to trust Fire dragons. When Nika got herself stuck in a rushing river with a strong current, Silverkiller dove in to rescue her. Zakiax was impressed. He had never seen a Fire dragon swim so well in all his years. He invited Silverkiller to join him and his mate on their quest. She declined, reluctant to give up her solitude for constant companionship. He lost track of her for a while until he was forced to flee from Azarel’s clan. On his way back to Nika’s lands he was reunited with Silverkiller. When she heard of his plight, she finally agreed to be his ally, joining him in the rebellion against his father’s cruelty. Now she’s a loyal friend to Zak and his clanmates. She’s still withdrawn and difficult to talk to, but she has a brave heart. That’s all she needs to find a home with Zakiax and his allies.
