The Titan Age Inexorabilis'Cupido was not always an immortal. He was found abandoned and nameless in the Scarred Wasteland as a baby Tundra. Magna'Mater and the other Titans of Sanguinem Luna took in the tiny scrap of fluff. However, much to the surprise of the others, it was Tacet'Mare that gave the little Tundra his name. Inexorabilis'Cupido, relentless desire, the name seemed to be a portent of doom. Something that went over the little Tundra's head for a long time. It never stopped little Inexorabilis'Cupido from befriending Cupita and her siblings. He played with the Titan Caelestis, grew up beside them with the watchful gaze of their elders keeping them safe. That was never to last. Noctis'Timore, the eldest of Magna'Mater's children, descended into madness. In the scores of atrocities he committed, Inexorabilis'Cupido and Cupita were kidnapped and intended to become Ascendant. Cupita was rescued by her siblings, however poor Inexorabilis'Cupido was forgotten and abandoned to Noctis'Timore's schemes. The young Tundra was left alone in pure darkness for long stretches of time. For a dragon of lesser caliber, this would've crushed them. To Noctis'Timore's surprise, and delight, Inexorabilis'Cupido thrived in the darkness and began to bend it to his will. The young Tundra was fueled by something intangible and unbreakable, the desire to see his dearest friend Cupita again. This desire twisted and plummeted into something even darker still. When Noctis'Timore finally freed Inexorabilis'Cupido, the damage was done. Immortalized by Noctis'Timore's curse of thirst, Inexorabilis'Cupido possessed none of the Tundra species crippling tendencies. The monster that walked out of the darkness into the dim tunnels of the Hallowed Hall only had one purpose. To find Cupita and never let her leave his sight. Among all of Noctis'Timore's Angels of Rebirth, Inexorabilis'Cupido is the most hated. He obeys none, save for Cupita. Unless if her safety is threatened, then he will ignore her pleas as well. There are numerous accounts of Inexorabilis'Cupido rampaging against enemy and friend alike. In most of those situations, it took the united efforts of Cupita, her siblings, and the other Angels of Rebirth to subdue Inexorabilis'Cupido. The Pantheon Age During this age Inexorabilis'Cupido started to grow more tolerant of others. As long as Cupita was by his side, he surprised others with how charming and witty he was. It took a lot of effort on Cupita's part however to convince him that the others weren't bad. Inexorabilis'Cupido lost most of that progress however when a band of Beastclan breached the Crystal Spire security and kidnapped Cupita. Some eggs were taken too but Cupido didn't care much for those. Cupido had been away on a mission as an Angel of Rebirth when the kidnapping took place. When he found out about Cupita he rushed out of the Crystal Spire. This entire event was what put Inexorabilis'Cupido down in Sanguinem Luna's history scrolls, much to the curiosity of future generations because the tale is extremely bare bones. Against all odds, he tracked down the kidnappers (a band of harpies approximately thirty strong) deep into Earth Flight territory and slayed them all without harming a single dragon egg. Cupita does not speak of this event and will only say that Inexorabilis'Cupido was at his best in that moment. A moment that she wants to keep between herself and him. Because he saved all of the eggs that were stolen, Inexorabilis'Cupido earned a lot of respect among the mothers in the clan. Not that he really cared. His distrust of the others in the clan returned tenfold because of their inability to protect Cupita while he was away. The New Age Inexorabilis'Cupido was the only Angel of Rebirth to refuse to fight in the coup. Instead, he stayed by Cupita's side and in so doing protected the nursery from the fighting. Even after the dust had settled from the combat, Cupido denied most entry into the nursery. Especially the other Angels of Rebirth. At Cupita's encouragement, Inexorabilis'Cupido became the de facto guardian of the nursery. Because of him, the nursery is one of the safest locations in the entire Crystal Spire. Many of the dragons that suffered the most from the rise of Tenebris'Cor, such as Aequus'Regina Firanira and Luna'Spiritus, call the nursery their new home because it is the only place they can sleep safely. At this point, Inexorabilis'Cupido will tolerate the presence of the nursery residents so long as they do not cause Cupita any trouble. He will immediately chase off any of the Angels of Rebirth. 
Familiar Inexorabilis'Cupido's familiar was the result of a scam that Alicia Glacies'Sanguis used to trick him into giving her the location of his favorite hunting grounds. She promised him a familiar that would stand by his side in a fight. The Greybeak Reaper that Inexorabilis'Cupido was given was so cowardly that ordinary Tundra dragons looked brave. It frustrated Inexorabilis'Cupido initially that his familiar would run away at the first sign of a fight. That gradually changed when he decided that it was actually for the best. He would be able to go all out in a fight if he didn't have to worry about his familiar getting in his way. Funny enough the creature would return the minute the fight was over and preen itself as if it was there the whole time. So in the end, Inexorabilis'Cupido was grateful to Alicia Glacies'Sanguis for the companion but still cross about her draining his favorite grounds of prey.  Customization Goals |
