Wendy's older brother.
Born with special eyes, small stature, and a cute face that everyone always fawns over, his sister could never compete with him for their family's attention. Rumor has it Wendy went into advertising to seek the attention she lacked as a child.
Sirloin's looks aren't the only thing that contributed to his high success in life, but they certainly didn't hurt him any either. When he's not busy at his luxurious and important career, he's serving as a wealthy benefactor to the Katsup Gang. From funding their main projects to providing a home base for them to work out of, he's got them lined up fairly well for such little payout. Sirloin assures it's an investment worth his time and patience, but has never really alluded to what that might be.
While his visits to the Gang aren't often, he's sure to keep the money flowing in his stead. He's admittedly grown fond of them despite their screw-ups, and doesn't want his pet project to feel neglected despite his absence. He's not officially the boss of the Gang, but well...They've only got two brain cells amongst them and Sirloin is in possession of both of them 98% of the time.
About his actual job, he has yet to divulge information about it at Gang meetings, nor does he ever really intend to.
