The harsh Plague environment causes viruses, bacteria, and fungi to grow rampant. Regular sickness is not likely to bother with food dragons, as their body compositions are not often considered suitable...but perhaps a new strain has adapted to specifically target these unassuming dragons by using their vulnerable figures as a host... | Food dragons afflicted with this illness are prone to spread it to their healthy bretheren, as no one has been given time to develop immunity against it. Oddly enough, while outcast from the protection of their own societies, these dragons do fairly well on their lonesome and are becoming more prevalent without the threat of hungry mouths. Really, who wants to eat a piece of moldy leftovers just to get food poisoning or worse? |
