Fungia

Although she was born in the heat of The Great Furnace she was always fascinated by the water. Her parents warned her not to go to close to the sea. But Fungia didn't listen. The water was beautiful. Like a soft and cool hug in her skin. She started swimming and diving. It was the best day of her life. And the worst.
After drying herself and going back to her lair she noticed something different. Something happened with her fire inside and her skin. Strange things started growing on her skins. It was very painful like a bad fire. No one knows how to help her. Until a witch from a Plague clan nearby heard about her problem. She came to visit the injured baby and gave her a red glowing potion. The ingridients were able the assuage the pain a little bit.
Nuce the witch looked at Fungias parents and told them and she might be able to cure her or at leats reduce the pain but the girl had to come with her and live under die protection of the Sanguine Souls spell protecting her lair. Since there was no other option her parents agreed.
After a few days Fungia awakes from a dark and painful dream. The pain was gone. Was she dead? There was a small Fae buzzing around and a horrifying Coatl with a skull face but a really nice smile on her face. Was this hell?
"Oh - she's finally awake!"
The Fae came close to her and watched her closely wiht her big pink eyes.
"I'm Nuca. I hope you feel better now. Welcome to your new home!"
