Dreamy dragon, believing that whole world would be better if only everyone was wearing gems and silks - this would be an accurate description of Rawaj. She is loud and intrusive, reiterating nonstop that clothing makes one's mood brighter and improves overall quality of one's life. She would try and dress each dragon she meets in fancy (and expensive) outfits, or at least, would plead for them to try those on. Dragons who are naturally interested in fashion are bound to chat with her until her energy runs out, and those who prefer wearing little to no apparel may hear a couple of curses from her. Rawaj is not being rude on purpose, she is just so into her job that she tends to lose sight of everything else. She never questions the Project, and is actually thrilled to be environed by plenty of majestic dragons to plan outfits for. From time to time Rawaj visits the Temple of Soul, as well - quite rare opportunity for the Project dragon - but it's obvious that she only aims for promoting her fashion, and yields no danger of denouncing: for her, anything beside clothing is not significant.
