Samiir is the story-weaving Wind ambassador, hailing from an ally clan. Silly and freewheeling, Samiir spends more time entertaining hatchlings and keeping spirits within the clan up than he does tending to the politics of interflight relationships. Two steps away from being a salesman with his wagging tongue, Samiir is always talking, always inventing a new tale, and always seeking out new myths, stories, folklore, and the like to share.

He considers himself an informal oral historian, memorizing and passing down ages old cultural histories and utilizing their morals to better serve as the ambassador and resolve conflicts.
