Canopus came in the clan in a unusual way : they just appeared. Just like that, one day, we had one more dragon in the clan. Nobody saw them coming, and they themself were very confused. The mages, however, felt some disturbance in the flows that night, and we soon were able to understand what happened : one of our oneiromancers naturally summoned and embodied a dream spirit. It was, in fact, Caliban, but Eliel pretended it his doing - just a magic accident like many happen here - to protect Caliban's secret, as he himself had no idea he was responsible for this.
Welgan was absolutely delighted to welcome an embodied spirit in the clan, and she tried her best to know who was the natural gifted summoner among us - Eliel had to explain the situation to her quickly so that Caliban would not be too disturbed.
Canopus settled among us rather quickly. They are a quiet, pensive, daydreaming dragon, who seems to always have a few seconds of delay to answer questions. They walk, fly and talk slowly, taking their time to appreciate everything of the world's wonders. They always seem to need a few minutes to fully enjoy each element on which their attention is drown. They can usually be found in the Mage College, helping with magic researches and training in oneiromancy. In their free time, they like to paint, often mystical, beautiful sights and dragons. His art doesn't tell matter and magic appart, creating colorful and magic-infused masterpieces.
Canopus is eager to understand dragon relationships, and try their best to know their friends on a deep intimacy level. Attractive and romantic as they are (plus the fact they're a mystical being !), a lot of young
dragons seem interested in them, but hey never responded positively for now.
