O C C U P A T I O N - Travelling Jeweler F A M I L Y - Ferris: Pinback's father; a traveling salesderg whose chance encounter with Guardian Marta brought Cinnamon into the world. Pinback takes after him, traveling from clan to clan herself on business. Marta: Pinback’s mother; her clan's most fruitful hunter-and-gather that raised Pinback to the best of her ability while also juggling the demands of her clan. Pinback has always admired her mother’s hearty, single nature, and hopes to one day travel Sornieth alongside her own hatchlings, sans a partner. Slightly awkward but nonetheless talented, Pinback makes her living off of her craftwork - particularly her intricate brooches. Guardian claws are not exactly adapted to delicate detailwork, but her general grasp on Arcane magic lets her levitate a great number of small objects at once, allowing her great flexibility in the layouts of her decorations. She has been commissioned by royalty and politicians across Sornieth, but continues to live humbly, uncomfortable with the responsibility wealth brings with it. (Record Pinback’s experiences in your clan below!) 11/5/2019, @Hyzenthlaay: I’ve been offered a permanent slot in my home clan’s Tiered Parlor today - and yet, I’m turning my back on it. Some would call this foolishness. I could work alongside Sornieth’s most elite artisans for the rest of my days, living in a life of relative luxury and high artistry. But...something about that sort of feels like being a bird in a gilded cage, or however the phrase goes. I suppose this means that my time to take my leave is now... 03/10/2020, my stay at the Blackmere clan was fun, I looked after some hatchlings and I made some transmuting. But, although I had a great time I must carry on travelling around Sorneith. 3/1/2021, oh my... the stay at the clan deep in the Icewarden's territory was long and trying. The heathens here had barely any clue as to how to work the needle and thread! So I, ever so generous, agreed to stay with them for a while and teach them some of my skills in exchange for food and shelter. I had pretty good time but now the times has come for me to leave and pursue new knowledge. 3/7/2021: Meeting the various dragons of Crow Callers is exciting.
