Seclusive and secretive, Noctis studies the lore of the shadows. Often seeming to become one with the shade, she seems to vanish from this plain but she returns eventually."

While rarely outspoken, Noctis makes her presence felt in the Circle. The Shadowmaster explores the darkest corners in search of forgotten knowledge, which makes her the dragon to go to when your leads go cold. Noctis has never turned away a sorcerer in need.

The dragons of the Circle often describe similar experiences of discovery of the gatehouse. It's Noctis that leads them there, after all. When she searches the shadows, the echos of other dragons' magic ripples through it. That's how she finds them.

Noctis may draw the Circle together, but she takes little interest in ruling it. She leaves that job to her brighter better half, Spectre. She sees them settled in at the gatehouse, then leaves them to do as they will.
