Biography

Cadaver is much like her mother, in both looks and personality. Thus, she has a tendency to miss out on social gestures and cues. She's a little emotionless but not unkind. She walks like a corpse and her voice sounds breathy and light, like she's hardly of the living. She tends to frighten strangers just by looks and by her ghostly gait. However, she is not a dangerous sort and actually is very nonviolent. She prefers to wander cemeteries and other forgotten places, alone. She likes the stillness of the dead; the quiet.
This preference, combined with the unpredictable arcane energies of her birth element, have over time caused her to gather bits of the places she frequents. Bones and webs seem to be attached to her like magnets; sickly bits of sinew or something similarly morbid gather along her legs as she ambles through the land. Tattered rags rescued from condemned buildings and lost clothing are to her a practical choice, but only add to the grim, ghastly appearance, frightening away many a dragon at first and even second glance. Despite her tendency to scare away dragons, she does possess some very good and true friends who know her personality to be not as frightening as her appearance would suggest. They often spend time with her to swap stories, and every one of her friends loves to play with her cat Niflheim. |
